At Bird&Be, we want you to be completely in love with your fashion finds. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
Start Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
